Article 1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 주식회사 로코긱스 (the “Company”) and its members in connection with the use of the locogeeks website, mobile application, and related services (the “Platform”). The Platform is an intermediary that connects Travelers with local Hosts to discover, book, and participate in small-group local Experiences.

Article 2. Definitions

① “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account. Members include Travelers and Hosts.

② “Traveler” means a Member who searches for, books, pays for, or participates in Experiences on the Platform.

③ “Host” means an individual Member who registers and provides Experiences after the Company's review and approval.

④ “Experience” means a small-group activity registered on the Platform, such as local accompaniment, cultural or food activities, walks, or photography. Accommodation and packaged group tours are excluded unless separately approved by the Company.

⑤ “Customer Payment Amount” means the final payment amount reflecting the Host's base price, selected options, buyer fee, and applicable taxes.

Article 3. Publication, Effect, and Amendment of Terms

① The Company posts these Terms and its business name, representative, address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and customer support information where Members can readily find them.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and, in principle, gives notice of the effective date and reason for amendment seven days in advance. It gives 30 days' advance notice of important changes disadvantageous to Members and also gives individual notice where possible.

③ Amended Terms apply to use from their effective date. Unless the law or the parties' agreement provides otherwise, the terms in effect when a booking was made apply to a booking already confirmed.

Article 4. Company's Role and Transaction Parties

① The contract to provide an Experience is between the Traveler and the Host. The Company is not the direct provider of the Experience; it is an intermediary supporting search, booking, payment, settlement, communication, and dispute handling.

② Before payment or a booking request, the Company informs Members by an appropriate method that it is not a party to the transaction and provides relevant Host information.

③ Receipt of payment or processing of refunds and settlement by the Company is for intermediary operations and does not, by itself, make the Company the Experience provider.

④ As an intermediary, the Company carries out identity verification, transaction record retention, consumer complaint handling, and relief measures required by applicable law.

Article 5. Service Regions and Scope

① The available countries and cities are shown on the Platform. The Company may add, change, or discontinue service regions according to operational circumstances.

② Adding a city does not in itself amend these Terms. If discontinuing a service region makes an existing booking impossible to fulfill, the Company and Host provide an alternative schedule or a full refund.

③ The Company may restrict the sale of particular Experiences or in particular regions according to local law, safety, payment, and operational conditions.

Article 6. Membership and Age

① A person creating an account must be at least 18 years old. The Company may verify age and identity where necessary.

② Only an adult Member with full legal capacity under the law applicable to that Member may book and pay. An 18-year-old Member subject to the laws of the Republic of Korea may not book or pay independently.

③ A Member who is a minor under applicable law may use non-transactional functions permitted by the Company, such as search, profile management, and bookmarks, and may participate as an accompanying participant in an Experience booked by an adult booker or guardian. Stricter age restrictions for an Experience take precedence.

④ A Host must be at least 18 years old and an adult with full legal capacity under the law of their residence or place of activity.

⑤ A minor Member's account agreement entered into without the legal guardian's consent may be canceled under applicable law. The Company restricts paid contracts and Host registration by minor Members.

⑥ Members must provide accurate information and securely manage their accounts and authentication methods. Transferring or lending an account and using another person's identity are prohibited.

Article 7. Host Registration and Verification

① A Host applicant must submit the identity document, contact details, activity region, languages, introduction, settlement account, and other information requested by the Company. Uploading an original resident registration card or an unmasked copy showing the resident registration number is prohibited; where that card is used, only a copy with the latter digits of the resident registration number fully masked may be submitted.

② The Company's verification reviews the authenticity of submitted information and basic eligibility; it does not guarantee every act of the Host or the quality of an Experience.

③ Hosts must check and comply with the qualifications, permits, registrations, tax obligations, and insurance obligations required to provide their Experiences.

Article 8. Experience Listings and Public Information

① Hosts must accurately register the Experience content, schedule, price, inclusions and exclusions, required items, age, health and accessibility restrictions, cancellation policy, and risks.

② Travelers are shown a display price that reflects the Platform's buyer fee added to the Host's base price. The default buyer fee is 10% and the Host fee is 20%; the Company may change these with advance notice.

③ Public screens show only an approximate location within about 500 meters, not the exact meeting place. The exact place is provided only to authorized booking parties after confirmation.

④ Experiences in private spaces must disclose the nature of the space, conditions of access, and key safety matters in advance, and the Host must secure lawful authority to use the space.

Article 9. Booking and Host Approval

① When a Traveler requests a booking, the Host must approve or reject it within 24 hours of the request. A request may expire if no response is received within that period.

② Available booking times follow the Experience schedule and Platform cutoffs. In the initial service, a booking may be requested up to 24 hours before the Experience starts.

③ A booking is finally confirmed when the Traveler completes payment after the Host approves it. If payment is not completed, the booking may be canceled or expire.

④ The price, fees, options, schedule, and cancellation policy at the time of booking are saved in the booking record.

Article 10. Payment and Currency

① If payment functionality is provided, payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service provider identified by the Company on the payment screen. As a general rule, the Company does not directly store full card numbers or security codes.

② The payment currency for an Experience follows the country of the Experience or the Platform's country-specific currency settings. Amounts displayed in other currencies may be indicative conversions; the actual exchange rate and international payment fees charged may vary according to the payment institution or card issuer.

③ Members must not use an unauthorized payment method, make fraudulent payments, abuse refunds, or use another person's payment information.

Article 11. Cancellation, Refunds, and No-Shows

① Cancellations and refunds follow the Platform's standard cancellation policy selected when booking and the separate “Refund and Cancellation Policy.” Any more favorable mandatory provisions of applicable law take precedence.

② If the Host cancels an Experience or fails to provide it without just cause, the Traveler receives a full refund of the Customer Payment Amount, including the buyer fee.

③ A Traveler who does not appear or make contact within 15 minutes after the agreed time may be treated as a no-show and, in principle, receives no refund. Experience time lost to lateness is not, in principle, extended.

④ In case of severe weather, disaster, major transport disruption, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, the parties first discuss rescheduling; if they do not agree, the Customer Payment Amount is refunded in full.

Article 12. Conduct and Safety of Experiences

① Travelers must follow the Host's reasonable safety guidance and the participation conditions stated for the Experience, and must disclose any health condition or special support need before the Experience.

② Hosts must faithfully provide the scheduled content and duration and appropriately manage accident risks and emergencies.

③ Where alcohol is included, local law, licensing requirements, and the legal drinking age must be observed and disclosed in the listing in advance. The Company and Host may check age or refuse service.

④ Members must not rely on the Company as a substitute for local police, fire, or medical emergency services. In an emergency, they should contact local emergency responders first.

Article 13. Messaging and Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions

① Booking-related messaging may be provided after a booking is confirmed. Members may exchange contact information only as necessary to conduct the Experience.

② Off-platform payments, inducing direct transactions to avoid Platform fees or safeguards, repeated promotions, and spam are prohibited.

③ For reports, safety incidents, or dispute resolution, the Company may review relevant conversation records to the extent permitted by law.

Article 14. Reviews and Host Replies

① A Traveler with a completed booking may submit a review and photos within 30 days after the Experience. Reviews must be based on actual experience.

② A Host may post one public reply per review and may edit or withdraw it.

③ False, abusive, discriminatory, privacy-exposing, advertising, or rights-infringing content may be reported, hidden, deleted, or subject to sanctions.

Article 15. Content Rights

① Members retain the rights to content they create or upload.

② Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to the extent necessary for service operation, storage, display, search, translation, safety review, and dispute handling.

③ The Company obtains separate optional consent before using content in external advertisements, promotional materials, or social-media marketing. Refusing marketing consent does not affect use of the basic service.

④ Members must not post content that infringes another person's copyright, portrait rights, trademarks, or privacy.

Article 16. Translation

① The Company may in the future offer machine translation for public text, such as public Experience descriptions. Once the feature and actual processing provider are determined, the Company will reflect them in its service information and Privacy Policy.

② Prices, schedules, numbers, identity documents, accounts, messages, exact meeting places, and internal operational information are excluded from the initial translation scope.

③ Machine translation is for reference; where the meaning is unclear or affects safety, refunds, or inclusions, the original text should be checked first.

Article 17. Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions

① Illegal acts, fraud, violence or threats, discrimination or hate, sexual exploitation, infringement of trade secrets or privacy, false listings, safety violations, and disruption of Platform systems are prohibited.

② Depending on the nature and recurrence of a violation, the Company may issue a warning or suspend an account for seven days, 30 days, or permanently. In an urgent safety or fraud risk, it may impose a temporary restriction without prior notice.

③ In principle, the Company provides its reasons and an opportunity to respond, and may preserve or provide relevant information where necessary under law or to prevent harm.

Article 18. Changes and Interruptions to Service

① The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, security, natural disaster, communications failures, legal or governmental measures, or a significant business need.

② The Company gives advance notice where possible and, where confirmed bookings are materially affected, takes appropriate measures among fulfillment, rescheduling, and a full refund.

Article 19. Liability and Dispute Handling

① The Company is liable under applicable law where its intent or negligence causes loss to a Member.

② The Company is not a direct party to a Host's independent provision of an Experience, but carries out the information provision, report handling, payment and refund support, and relief measures required of an intermediary.

③ The Company is not liable for loss arising from a Member's fault, violation of applicable law, or circumstances beyond reasonable control unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently.

④ Complaints or disputes may be submitted to the customer support email address (coreteam@locogeeks.com). The Company reviews the necessary transaction records and materials from the parties and supports a reasonable resolution.

Article 20. Withdrawal and Termination

① Members may request account withdrawal at any time. Some procedures may be restricted until outstanding bookings, disputes, refunds, or settlements are resolved.

② After withdrawal, information is retained or destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and statutory retention periods.

③ Termination for a material breach does not necessarily extinguish payment, refund, settlement, damages, or content infringement obligations that have already arisen.

Article 21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

① These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② The Company and Member first seek to resolve disputes by discussion. If unresolved, the court of first instance is a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on August 26, 2026 (Wednesday).

LocoGeeks Privacy Policy

1. General

주식회사 로코긱스 (the “Company”) processes and protects the personal information of LocoGeeks users in accordance with applicable law. This Policy applies to the website, mobile app, customer support, and Host operations tools.

2. Categories of Personal Information Processed

① Account and identity verification: email address, mobile phone number, login identifier, encrypted password information, birth year or age verification information, social login provider, and provider identifier.

② Profile: display name, photo, nationality, city of residence, languages, gender, introduction, areas of interest, and voluntarily provided occupation and affiliation information.

③ Host application and settlement: type of identity document, a copy with the latter digits of the resident registration number fully masked or the identity verification result, identity verification metadata, activity region, experience and introduction, settlement account, account holder's name, and information needed for tax processing. The Company does not collect an original resident registration card or a copy with an unmasked resident registration number.

④ Listings, bookings, and transactions: listing content, schedule, options, participant count, price and fee snapshots, booking status, and cancellation, refund, settlement, and chargeback records.

⑤ Payment: type of payment method, payment processor transaction number, amounts and times of approval, cancellation, and refund. As a general rule, the Company does not directly store full card numbers or security codes.

⑥ Service use: messages, reviews and photos, reports, customer inquiries, notification settings, push tokens, device and app versions, IP address, and access and error logs.

⑦ Location-related: exact meeting place supplied by the Host when registering a listing, and its approximate public location. The initial service does not collect the Traveler device's current GPS location.

⑧ Optional marketing consent: whether consent was given, when it was given or withdrawn, and the permitted channels and scope of content.

⑨ Host Category Discovery Wizard: selected response IDs, optional idea text, recommendation results, anonymous session identifiers, source, language, permitted attribution data, and feature-use and analytics event metadata. Before sign-in, the anonymous session is not linked to a Member account.

Social Login and External Authentication Services

When a user chooses Google or LINE Login, the Company receives account identifiers and profile information within the scope authorized by the user from that external authentication provider and uses them for login and account linking. The information provided by Google depends on the permissions actually granted. LINE Login currently requests the openid profile scopes and does not request permission to receive the user's email address from LINE. Google and LINE are external authentication providers, not companies to which the Company entrusts the processing of personal information.

3. Purposes of Processing

The Company processes personal information for account registration and authentication, Host screening, publication of listings, booking, payment, refunds and settlement, messaging and notifications, reviews, reports and dispute handling, safety and fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, improving service quality, and marketing subject to separate consent. Host Category Discovery Wizard information is processed to restore progress, provide experience-category recommendations, analyze the completion flow, and improve the service. Optional idea text is not used for AI analysis or recommendation scoring and is not included in analytics events.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

The Company relies on entering into and performing service contracts, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests of the Company and users, protection of life and physical safety, and the data subject's consent as lawful bases for processing. Refusal of optional consent does not restrict use of the basic service.

5. Retention and Use Period

① In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay when its processing purpose is fulfilled or a Member withdraws.

② Under applicable law, records of contracts and withdrawal of offers, and records of payment and supply, may be retained for five years; consumer complaint and dispute records for three years; and display and advertising records for six months.

③ An allowed masked copy of an identity document or identity verification result is stored privately only for the minimum period needed for screening and legal verification and is destroyed when that purpose is fulfilled. The specific destruction schedule follows the internal retention policy and applicable law.

④ Minimum information needed to prevent misuse or resolve an ongoing dispute may be stored separately until that purpose ends.

⑤ An anonymous Host Category Discovery Wizard session that is not linked to an account is retained for up to 30 days from creation and then automatically deleted. If a session is lawfully linked to an account after sign-in, the account and service retention policy applies instead of the anonymous-session deletion rule.

6. Provision to Third Parties

① To fulfill a booking, the Company provides the Traveler and Host with the other party's booking information, display name, necessary contact details, and Experience requirements. The exact scope and timing are explained at the booking stage.

② The Company may provide necessary information to investigative or supervisory authorities for legally required reporting or incident response.

③ Other provision to third parties occurs only with separate consent or where there is a legal basis.

7. Entrusted Processing

The Company entrusts personal information processing necessary to operate the service as follows.

8. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

The Company processes personal information abroad as necessary in the course of operating the following services. Users may object to a cross-border transfer by emailing the address in Section 15. The Company will review the request, explain whether the transfer can be stopped and how this would affect the relevant function, and reply with the outcome. Information that must be retained by law remains subject to statutory retention duties.

9. Location Information and Meeting Places

The initial service does not collect the Traveler device's current GPS location. The exact meeting place for a Host's listing is stored privately with restricted access; only an approximate location within about 500 meters is shown publicly. Before introducing current-location features, the Company will complete the separate notice and consent and location-information procedures.

10. Data Subject Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users may request access, correction or deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, transfer of their personal information, and account withdrawal. If a request is restricted due to a statutory retention obligation or to protect another person's rights, the Company explains the reason.

11. Information Concerning Minors

Only persons aged 18 or older may create a Platform account. A Member who is a minor under applicable law may use non-transactional functions such as search, profile management, and bookmarks, but may not independently book or pay or act as a Host. A minor may accompany an adult booker or guardian on a booked Experience; the guardian must lawfully provide the participant information needed during booking.

12. Destruction Procedures and Methods

Electronic files are securely deleted so they are difficult to restore, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated. Information retained by law is separated from operational information and access to it is restricted.

13. Security Measures

The Company implements reasonable safeguards, including minimized access rights, authentication and authorization management, encryption in transit and at rest, private storage, access logs, security updates, backups, incident response procedures, and employee training.

14. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Automatic Collection Technologies

The website and app may use cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, ensure security, diagnose errors, and improve the user environment. Before sign-in, the Host Category Discovery Wizard uses the essential __Host-locogeeks-host-wizard cookie to restore progress and protect the session. Its randomly generated session credential is stored as a hash on the server and is not linked to a Member account before sign-in. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, their purposes and opt-out methods will be disclosed separately.

15. Privacy Protection and Complaints Department

16. Changes to This Policy

The Company gives notice on the Platform before changes to this Policy take effect. For material changes to data categories, purposes of use, third-party provision, or cross-border transfer, it gives further notice or obtains consent as required by applicable law.

Supplementary Provision

This Policy takes effect on August 26, 2026 (Wednesday).

제1조 목적과 계약관계

이 약관은 개인 호스트가 LocoGeeks에 체험을 등록·판매·제공하고 정산받는 조건을 정합니다. 호스트는 여행자에게 체험을 제공하는 독립된 계약 당사자이며 회사의 근로자, 대리인, 가맹점 또는 합작당사자가 아닙니다.

제2조 호스트 자격

① 호스트는 만 18세 이상이면서 거주지 또는 활동지 법령상 성년자여야 합니다.

② 초기 서비스에서 호스트 계약 당사자는 개인으로 한정합니다. 회사·단체 소속 정보의 기재만으로 해당 회사·단체가 판매자가 되지 않습니다.

③ 호스트는 신분증, 연락처, 활동지역, 언어, 소개 및 정산계좌 정보를 제출하고 최신 상태로 유지해야 합니다. 주민등록증 원본 또는 주민등록번호가 마스킹되지 않은 사본의 업로드는 금지되며, 주민등록증을 사용하는 경우 주민등록번호 뒷자리가 완전히 마스킹된 사본만 제출할 수 있습니다.

④ 회사는 서류 보완, 영상·전화 확인 또는 추가 자료를 요청할 수 있으며, 승인을 거절·보류하거나 위험이 확인되면 승인을 철회할 수 있습니다.

제3조 법령·허가·세금·보험

① 호스트는 체험 제공지역의 관광, 영업, 식품, 주류, 안전, 세금, 보험 및 소비자보호 규정을 직접 확인하고 준수해야 합니다.

② 허가·신고·보험이 요구되는 체험은 유효한 증빙을 제출해야 하며, 회사는 확인될 때까지 판매를 제한할 수 있습니다.

③ 회사가 호스트를 승인했다는 사실은 특정 면허나 법적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

제4조 상품 등록

① 호스트는 체험의 실제 내용, 일정, 소요시간, 최소·최대 인원, 가격, 포함·불포함 사항, 준비물, 위험요소, 연령·건강·접근성 제한과 취소정책을 정확하게 등록해야 합니다.

② 공개 이미지는 대표 이미지를 포함해 원칙적으로 2장 이상 5장 이하로 등록합니다. 타인의 저작권·초상권·상표권을 침해하는 자료를 사용할 수 없습니다.

③ 정확한 만남 장소는 비공개 항목으로 입력하며 공개 화면에는 약 500m 근사 위치만 표시됩니다.

④ 사적 공간을 사용하는 경우 공간 사용 권한, 출입조건, 반려동물·흡연·계단 등 중요한 정보를 사전에 공개해야 합니다.

제5조 가격·수수료·세금

① 호스트는 참가자 1인당 기본가격과 선택 옵션 가격을 설정합니다. 옵션은 예약당 또는 인원당 방식으로 설정할 수 있습니다.

② 기본 호스트 수수료는 호스트 기본가격의 20%이며, 여행자에게는 기본 10%의 구매자 수수료가 별도로 반영됩니다. 실제 적용률은 예약 생성 시 저장됩니다.

③ 회사는 수수료를 변경하는 경우 시행 전에 알리며 변경 후 생성된 예약부터 적용합니다.

④ 호스트는 자신의 소득, 부가가치세 및 현지 세금 신고·납부 책임을 부담합니다. 회사는 법령상 요구되는 원천징수 또는 자료제출을 할 수 있습니다.

제6조 예약 승인과 이행

① 호스트는 예약 요청 후 24시간 이내에 승인 또는 거절해야 합니다. 미응답 요청은 만료될 수 있습니다.

② 승인 전 일정, 인원, 안전조건과 제공 가능성을 확인해야 하며, 승인 후에는 약속된 시간과 내용에 따라 체험을 제공해야 합니다.

③ 호스트는 여행자의 국적, 인종, 성별, 종교, 장애 또는 정당한 서비스 이용과 무관한 사유로 차별해서는 안 됩니다.

제7조 안전과 사고대응

① 호스트는 합리적인 안전조치, 비상연락 방법, 필요한 장비와 참가 제한을 마련해야 합니다.

② 사고 또는 중대한 안전위험이 발생하면 현지 긴급기관에 먼저 연락하고 가능한 한 신속하게 회사에 보고해야 합니다.

③ 주류를 제공하는 경우 현지 면허, 제공장소 및 법정 음주연령을 준수하고 필요시 신분증을 확인해야 합니다.

④ 호스트는 위험을 숨기거나 여행자에게 불법행위를 요구해서는 안 됩니다.

제8조 외부거래와 연락

① 호스트는 수수료 회피를 위해 여행자를 외부 결제나 직거래로 유도해서는 안 됩니다.

② 연락처는 예약 확정 후 체험 진행, 긴급연락 또는 합리적인 사후조치를 위해서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

③ 플랫폼에서 알게 된 여행자 정보를 별도 광고, 판매 또는 제3자 제공에 사용할 수 없습니다.

제9조 취소·노쇼·불가항력

① 호스트가 예약을 취소하면 여행자에게 고객 결제금액 전액이 환불됩니다. 호스트는 불가피한 사유와 증빙을 제공해야 합니다.

② 여행자가 약속시간부터 15분 내 나타나지 않고 연락되지 않으면 노쇼로 기록할 수 있습니다. 호스트는 현장 도착 및 연락 시도 자료를 보관해야 합니다.

③ 악천후나 불가항력으로 안전한 진행이 어렵다면 일정 변경을 먼저 제안하고 합의되지 않으면 전액 환불됩니다.

④ 반복적인 취소·노쇼·허위 보고는 제재 및 손해상계 사유가 될 수 있습니다.

제10조 정산

① 정산 기준금액은 예약 당시 저장된 호스트 지급예정액입니다. 기본가격 합계에서 호스트 수수료, 법정 원천징수 및 적법한 상계액을 반영합니다.

② 체험 완료 후 24시간 동안 여행자의 이의제기 기간을 둡니다. 이의가 없으면 호스트가 정산을 요청할 수 있습니다.

③ 회사는 적법한 정산 요청일부터 7영업일 이내에 등록된 계좌로 지급합니다. 분쟁, 계좌오류, 법령상 확인 또는 금융기관 지연이 있는 경우 사유를 알리고 지급을 보류할 수 있습니다.

④ 해외송금, 중개은행 및 환전 비용은 회사가 부담합니다. 다만 호스트가 잘못된 계좌정보를 제공하여 재송금 비용이 발생한 경우 해당 비용을 호스트에게 청구할 수 있습니다.

⑤ 환불, 차지백, 중복지급 또는 호스트 귀책 손해가 정산 후 확인되면 회사는 사전 통지 후 향후 정산금에서 상계하거나 반환을 요청할 수 있습니다.

제11조 후기와 평판

① 여행자는 완료된 체험에 후기를 남길 수 있고 호스트는 공개 답변을 작성할 수 있습니다.

② 호스트는 긍정 후기 제공을 조건으로 혜택을 주거나 부정 후기 삭제를 강요해서는 안 됩니다.

③ 개인정보, 모욕, 허위정보 또는 권리침해가 포함된 후기는 신고절차를 이용해야 하며 호스트가 임의로 여행자를 위협하거나 보복해서는 안 됩니다.

제12조 콘텐츠 사용

① 호스트는 상품 콘텐츠에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 하며 여행자 또는 제3자의 얼굴·작품·공간을 촬영해 등록하려면 필요한 동의를 받아야 합니다.

② 회사에는 서비스 운영, 심사, 표시, 번역, 검색 및 분쟁처리에 필요한 비독점적 이용권을 부여합니다.

③ 외부 광고·SNS·보도자료 등 마케팅 활용은 별도 선택 동의 또는 개별 캠페인 계약이 있는 경우에만 허용됩니다.

제13조 제재와 판매중지

① 회사는 신고, 안전사고, 허위상품, 반복 취소, 외부거래, 개인정보 침해 또는 법령 위반을 조사할 수 있습니다.

② 조치 수준은 경고, 7일 정지, 30일 정지, 상품 판매중지 또는 영구정지입니다. 긴급한 위험이 있으면 소명 전 임시조치가 가능합니다.

③ 회사는 원칙적으로 사유와 소명기회를 제공하며, 정지 중에도 기존 예약의 이행·취소·환불·정산 의무는 남습니다.

제14조 계약 종료

① 호스트는 미완료 예약과 분쟁을 처리한 후 활동 종료를 신청할 수 있습니다.

② 계약 종료 후에도 세금, 환불, 차지백, 콘텐츠 권리침해, 개인정보 및 손해배상 의무는 필요한 범위에서 존속합니다.

제15조 준거법과 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석하며, 분쟁이 해결되지 않는 경우 대한민국 민사소송법 등 관계법령에 따른 관할법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 8월 26일부터 시행합니다.

제1조 목적과 적용범위

이 정책은 LocoGeeks에서 이루어진 예약의 취소, 환불, 일정 변경, 지각, 노쇼 및 불가항력 처리기준을 정합니다. 이용약관 및 예약 당시 표시된 조건과 함께 적용되며, 관계법령의 강행규정이 우선합니다.

제2조 환불금액의 기준

① 전액 환불 시 호스트 기본가격, 선택 옵션 및 구매자 수수료를 포함한 고객 결제금액 전액을 환불합니다.

② 부분 환불 시 고객 결제금액 전체에 해당 환불비율을 적용합니다. 구매자 수수료만 별도로 공제하지 않습니다.

③ 쿠폰, 포인트 또는 프로모션이 적용된 경우 실제 결제수단별 사용액과 복원 가능 여부를 기준으로 환불합니다.

④ 결제통화와 카드 청구통화가 다른 경우 환율 변동 또는 카드사의 해외결제 수수료로 실제 입금액이 달라질 수 있습니다. 회사는 자신이 수령하지 않은 카드사 비용을 보전하지 않되, 법령상 의무가 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

제3조 여행자 취소

① 여행자는 앱 또는 고객센터의 취소 절차를 이용해야 하며, 취소 시점은 플랫폼에 정상 접수된 시각을 기준으로 합니다.

② 예약 시 호스트가 선택한 유연·보통·엄격 중 하나의 표준 취소정책을 적용합니다.

③ 체험 시작시각은 상품에 표시된 현지 시간대 기준입니다.

④ 아래 환불비율에도 불구하고 미환불액은 관계법령, 소비자분쟁해결기준 및 호스트에게 발생한 통상적 손해의 범위를 초과할 수 없습니다. 그 범위를 초과하는 금액은 여행자에게 추가 환불합니다.

제4조 호스트 취소

① 호스트가 예약을 취소하거나 정당한 사유 없이 체험을 제공하지 않으면 여행자에게 고객 결제금액 전액을 환불합니다.

② 회사는 가능한 경우 대체 호스트나 일정을 제안할 수 있으나 여행자에게 이를 강제하지 않습니다.

③ 반복적인 호스트 취소 또는 노쇼는 경고, 판매중지, 7일·30일 정지 또는 영구정지 사유가 될 수 있습니다.

제5조 여행자 지각과 노쇼

① 여행자가 약속시간부터 15분이 지나도록 나타나지 않고 합리적인 연락도 되지 않으면 호스트는 노쇼로 기록할 수 있습니다.

② 여행자 노쇼는 원칙적으로 환불하지 않습니다. 다만 호스트의 귀책사유, 플랫폼 오류 또는 관계법령상 환불사유가 있는 경우는 예외입니다.

③ 여행자 지각으로 줄어든 체험 시간은 원칙적으로 연장하지 않으며, 호스트가 자발적으로 연장할 수 있습니다.

④ 호스트가 약속시간부터 15분 동안 나타나지 않거나 체험 제공 의사가 확인되지 않으면 여행자는 고객센터에 신고할 수 있으며, 확인 후 전액 환불합니다.

제6조 악천후와 불가항력

① 악천후, 천재지변, 전쟁·테러, 감염병 규제, 정부 명령, 중대한 교통마비 또는 당사자가 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유로 체험이 불가능하거나 현저히 위험해진 경우 일정 변경을 우선 협의합니다.

② 새로운 일정에 합의하지 못하면 고객 결제금액 전액을 환불합니다.

③ 단순한 비 예보, 개인 일정 변경 또는 통상적인 교통정체처럼 체험을 객관적으로 불가능하게 하지 않는 사유에는 일반 취소정책을 적용할 수 있습니다.

제7조 상품과 실제 제공내용의 불일치

① 핵심 일정, 포함사항, 체험시간 또는 안전조건이 상품 설명과 중대하게 다른 경우 여행자는 원활한 사실확인을 위해 체험 중 또는 종료 후 24시간 이내에 증빙자료와 함께 이의를 제기하는 것이 권장됩니다. 다만 이 기간이 지났다는 이유만으로 관계법령에 따른 청약철회, 계약해제, 손해배상 또는 그 밖의 권리가 제한되지는 않습니다.

② 회사는 차이의 정도, 실제 이행 부분, 당사자 자료 및 소비자보호법령을 고려하여 전액 환불, 부분 환불, 재이행 또는 기각을 결정할 수 있습니다.

③ 분쟁이 접수되면 관련 호스트 정산은 해결될 때까지 보류할 수 있습니다.

제8조 환불절차와 처리기간

① 환불은 원칙적으로 최초 결제수단으로 처리합니다. 결제수단의 폐지 등으로 불가능하면 본인확인 후 다른 방식으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

② 회사가 소비자에게 대금을 환급할 법적 의무를 부담하는 경우에는 관계법령이 정한 환급 사유 발생일부터 3영업일 이내에 환급하거나 결제 취소 등 환급에 필요한 조치를 합니다.

③ 회사의 책임 있는 사유로 법정 환급기한을 넘긴 경우에는 관계법령이 정한 지연배상금을 지급합니다. 회사가 기한 내 환급 또는 결제 취소 조치를 마친 이후 실제 카드 취소나 입금 완료까지는 PG사, 카드사 및 은행의 처리기간이 추가될 수 있습니다.

④ 중복 환불, 부정결제 또는 환급 남용이 의심되면 회사는 필요한 최소 범위에서 사실을 확인할 수 있습니다. 다만 이러한 확인을 이유로 법령상 환급기한이나 소비자의 권리를 부당하게 제한하지 않습니다.

제9조 차지백과 이중구제

① 회원이 카드사 차지백과 플랫폼 환불을 동시에 신청한 경우 회사는 이중 환급을 방지하기 위해 환불을 보류하거나 이미 지급된 금액의 반환을 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 차지백을 신청하기 전 고객센터를 통한 분쟁 해결을 권장하되, 법령상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

제10조 정책 변경

정책 변경은 변경 후 생성된 예약부터 적용하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 이미 확정된 예약에는 예약 당시 저장된 취소정책을 적용합니다.

1. 동의 구조

locogeeks는 콘텐츠를 서비스 안에서 운영하기 위한 필수 이용권과 외부 마케팅에 활용하기 위한 선택 동의를 구분합니다. 선택 동의를 거부하거나 철회해도 회원가입, 예약, 체험 제공 및 정산에는 영향이 없습니다.

2. 서비스 운영을 위한 필수 이용권

① 대상 콘텐츠: 상품명·설명·일정·이미지, 프로필, 후기·답변, 고객문의 및 회원이 플랫폼에 업로드한 자료.

② 이용 목적: 저장, 복제, 표시, 검색, 검수, 번역, 기기별 형식변환, 안전·신고 검토, 고객지원 및 분쟁처리.

③ 이용 범위: 서비스 제공에 필요한 전 세계적·비독점적·무상의 이용권이며, 회원은 원칙적으로 콘텐츠 소유권을 계속 보유합니다.

④ 이용 기간: 콘텐츠가 서비스에 게시되는 기간과 삭제 후 백업·분쟁·법적 의무 이행에 필요한 최소 기간.

⑤ 회사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위를 넘어 회원의 콘텐츠를 임의로 판매하지 않습니다.

3. 외부 마케팅 활용 선택동의

① 회사는 별도의 선택 동의를 한 회원의 콘텐츠만 회사 공식 SNS, 온라인 광고, 앱스토어 소개, 보도자료, 투자·제휴 소개자료 및 오프라인 홍보물에 활용할 수 있습니다.

② 활용 대상은 회원이 동의화면에서 선택한 사진, 영상, 음성, 후기, 표시이름, 상품명 및 인터뷰 내용으로 제한합니다.

③ 회사는 콘텐츠의 의미를 왜곡하지 않는 범위에서 크기조정, 자막, 번역, 편집 및 매체 형식변환을 할 수 있습니다.

④ 별도 캠페인 계약이 없는 한 마케팅 활용에 대한 추가 보수는 지급하지 않습니다.

4. 활용기간과 철회

① 선택동의는 동의일부터 회원의 철회 또는 계정 삭제 중 먼저 도래하는 때까지 유효합니다.

② 회원은 앱 설정 또는 고객센터를 통해 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 회사는 철회 접수 후 10영업일 이내에 새로운 마케팅 사용을 중단합니다.

③ 이미 인쇄·배포된 홍보물, 종료된 광고, 제3자가 적법하게 공유한 게시물 또는 법적 보존자료는 즉시 회수되지 않을 수 있습니다. 회사는 통제 가능한 온라인 게시물부터 합리적으로 삭제·교체합니다.

5. 제3자 권리와 촬영대상

② 미성년자 또는 제3자가 식별되는 콘텐츠는 법정대리인 또는 본인의 적법한 동의가 있어야 합니다.

③ 신분증, 계좌, 결제정보, 정확한 만남 장소, 비공개 채팅 및 건강정보는 마케팅 활용 대상에서 제외합니다.

6. 번역과 해외 공개

마케팅 콘텐츠는 해외 이용자를 위해 번역되어 국외에서 공개될 수 있습니다. 회사는 공개가 예정된 국가·매체와 콘텐츠 범위를 동의화면 또는 캠페인 안내에서 확인할 수 있도록 합니다.

7. 선택동의 기록

회사는 동의 대상, 버전, 일시, 철회 여부와 매체 범위를 기록하여 동의 범위를 입증하고 철회를 처리합니다.

제1조 문서의 상태

이 문서는 LocoGeeks가 향후 이용자 현재위치 기반 기능을 도입할 경우 사용할 약관입니다. 초기 서비스에서는 여행자 기기의 GPS 현재위치를 수집·이용하지 않으므로 해당 기능이 활성화되기 전까지 개인위치정보 기반 서비스에 관한 동의를 받지 않습니다.

제2조 목적

이 약관은 회사가 향후 제공할 수 있는 위치기반서비스와 관련하여 회사와 개인위치정보주체 사이의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제4조 현재 제공범위

① 여행자는 도시를 직접 검색·선택하며 회사는 여행자 기기의 현재 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

② 호스트가 입력한 정확한 만남 장소는 체험 운영정보로 비공개 저장하며, 일반 이용자에게는 약 500m 근사 위치만 제공합니다.

③ 회사는 실시간 이동경로 추적, 상시 백그라운드 위치수집 또는 여행자와 호스트 사이의 실시간 위치공유를 제공하지 않습니다.

제5조 향후 위치기반서비스

① 회사는 향후 이용자가 직접 실행할 때 현재위치를 일회성으로 확인하여 주변 체험을 검색하는 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.

② 기능 도입 전 관련 신고·등록 여부를 검토하고, 위치정보사업자·수탁자·이용목적·보유기간을 확정하여 별도 동의를 받습니다.

③ 위치 권한을 거부해도 도시 직접검색 등 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.

제6조 이용요금

위치기반 기능은 별도 표시가 없는 한 무료입니다. 다만 통신사가 부과하는 데이터 요금은 이용자가 부담합니다.

제7조 개인위치정보 이용·제공

① 회사는 동의받은 목적 범위에서만 개인위치정보를 이용합니다.

② 제3자에게 제공하는 경우 제공받는 자, 목적, 항목 및 기간을 사전에 알리고 동의를 받습니다. 법령상 예외가 있는 경우는 제외합니다.

③ 실시간 위치를 광고나 마케팅 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

제8조 보유와 파기

① 일회성 현재위치는 검색결과 제공 후 원칙적으로 저장하지 않습니다.

② 법령상 보존해야 하는 위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인자료는 해당 법령의 기간 동안 별도 보관하고 기간 종료 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.

제9조 개인위치정보주체의 권리

이용자는 위치정보 이용·제공 동의의 전부 또는 일부를 철회하고, 일시중지, 열람·고지 및 정정 요청을 할 수 있습니다. 회사는 관계법령이 정한 절차에 따라 처리합니다.

제10조 보호의무자의 권리

회사가 법령상 보호가 필요한 아동 또는 피성년후견인 등의 위치정보를 처리하게 되는 경우에는 법정대리인 또는 보호의무자의 동의와 권리행사 절차를 별도로 마련합니다. 현재 계정 가입은 만 18세 이상으로 제한됩니다.

제11조 서비스 중단

정전, 통신장애, 시스템 점검, 재난 또는 법령상 사유로 위치기반 기능을 일시 중단할 수 있으며 가능한 경우 사전에 알립니다.

제12조 손해배상과 분쟁

회사가 위치정보 관련 법령 또는 이 약관을 위반하여 손해가 발생한 경우 관계법령에 따라 책임을 부담합니다. 분쟁이 해결되지 않으면 관련 조정기관 또는 관할법원을 이용할 수 있습니다.
